Pork perfection takes time

The Average cook time for one of our pigs is 10-12 hours depending on size, we estimate 2 hours of cook time per 10 kg of weight, weather conditions can effect cooking times, we will always require access to your location 10-12 hours prior to the agreed serving time.

All of our pigs are reared by ourselves on Greenacres farm in Milborne St Andrew, We do not use antibiotics to promote growth, or to control or mask disease as with sub-therapeutic doses of antibiotics in feed. Nor do our animals receive added growth hormones. They are Simply as nature intended.

 

 Hogs are roasted in our custom made trailer mounted rotisserie oven, we use charcoal and wood to add a unique flavour, we season our meat with flavours from around the world creating a fusion of classic hog roast and Philippine inspired lechon 

 

Not only do we roast hogs but we also smoke and BBQ on our array of drum smokers and BBQ's whether its pulled pork, brisket or a leg of lamb we can cater for your needs

 

I have always been passionate about food and good quality produce, i spent the last few years working in the London street food scene with my friends while running a catering maintenance company looking after many types of restaurants, hotels, food traders. I've recently taken a step back from the engineering side to spend more time with my family on

 our farm managed by my amazing fiance Joanne, i spent the majority of 2016 bombarding her with ideas and concepts with regards to setting up a street food style business. It was Joanne who combined my passion for BBQ cooking and the pigs reared on our farm to create the ultimate hog roast with a twist. With Joanne by my side we have put together a unique twist on a classic and we hope that you can join us on our journey and enjoy some amazing food - see you soon Callum & Joanne
