We are not your standard gas oven roasted hog served in a dry bap! Our pigs are roasted over fire for a minimum of 6 hours then once the meat is carved we dunk it in homemade gravy and serve in a soft roll with smoked apple sauce.
We offer two types of rolls on our standard event menu "The Piggy Smalls" and "The Notorious P.I.G."
We Can adjust, add or remove any item from our menu depending on your needs. Fries, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Lamb Roast, Chicken wings, Burgers, whatever you want we can create an exciting, fun, tasty menu for your event
